Face reaction

Have you looked at anything without reaction? Have you looked at a tree, at the face of a woman, at the mountain, or the cloud, or the light on the water, just to observe it, without translating it into like or dislike, pleasure or pain—just to observe it? In such observation, when you are completely attentive, is there an observer?
